Kasich hopes to offer another income tax cut; no details given yet by MARC KOVAC | CAPITAL BUREAU CHIEF Columbus -- Gov. John Kasich hopes to offer another income tax cut as part of his next two-year budget proposal. The cut would be in addition to a... Read Story.
The cut would be in addition to a decrease tied to an increase in taxes on oil and gas produced through horizontal hydraulic fracturing, or fracking -- a plan that stalled in the Ohio House after Republicans in the chamber said they wanted more time to consider the severance tax modernization as part of a larger reform package.Maybe it is me, but to me this sounds like our Governor's so Pro-'Fracking' that he is willing to bribe the tax payers with tax cut to sell out our water supply. After all, without the 'freedom' to 'frack' there would be no tax cuts. Fossil Fuels are Not Necessities--there are Alternative Energy Sources--Water is a Necessity--WITHOUT WATER-THERE IS NO LIFE--TO 'FRACK' IS TOO DANGEROUS AND IS NOT A NECESSITY, BUT IT COULD ALL TOO EASY COST US ONE OF OUR NECESSITIES--WATER, WHICH IS A NECESSITY IN ITSELF, BUT IS ALSO A NECESSITY FOR FOOD, SINCE MUCH OF OUR CROPS NEED IRRIGATION.
