Dear Readers, I am passing this e-mail along because it show how Wrong Some Peoples priories are. After all, we do have Real Crime and we do have high unemployment, But, Yet. Instead, We have people trying to frame Planned Parenthood--WELL SOME PEOPLE ARE SO VERY DESPERATE TO GET ROMNEY ELECTED THAT THERE IS NO DEPTH THAT THEY WILL NOT SINK TO IF THEY THINK THEY CAN GET AT LEAST ONE MORE VOTE--THIS IS WHY WE NEED TO GET OUT THE VOTE--THE Republicans know they have lost, but are desperately trying every trick in the book to take others down with them before they do-->
They're
at it again. Last week, a woman using a fake name and claiming to be
associated with an apparently nonexistent medical clinic approached Planned Parenthood Action Fund to offer a substantial donation in support of our electoral work. This
was an elaborate hoax, believed to be arranged in association with
anti-Planned Parenthood group Live Action — likely designed to gain more
support for Mitt Romney's campaign.
Just weeks before an election with so much at stake for women's health,
I'm disgusted that Live Action would lie to our staff, and to the
public, all while putting the health of real women at risk — and
possibly breaking the law. Please see our press release below to learn
more about this incident and the steps we are taking to fight back
against this attack on women's health, including bringing this scam to
the attention of the California attorney general.
Our top priority is, and
will continue to be, ensuring that all women, men, and young people have
access to safe, reliable healthcare, and you can be sure that we won't
allow underhanded tricks like these to distract us at this critical
time.
Together, we will continue to work to elect candidates that will be
champions for women's health. Thank you for standing with us.

Sincerely,
Dawn Laguens, Executive Vice President
Planned Parenthood Action Fund |
