8 Signs of Emotional Eating
By Shelia Viers, Experience Life
“Emotional eating” refers to eating large quantities of food (usually comfort foods) due to feelings rather than hunger.
On occasion, this can be in response to feelings of happiness (i.e.
when celebrating) but most often emotional eating is triggered by
feelings of stress, boredom, anger, sadness, loneliness, anger,
resentment, and anxiety . . . .
I don't know about anyone else who reads or will read this blog, but I need to lose anywhere from 30
20
to 40 lbs to be at the weight that experts say that I should be
for my height, or rather for my shortness. Personally, I do my best to
keep exercising from wearing angle weights while jogging in place while
reading to my own, what I call an all-body push-up to eating low calorie
food.Do you compost? Did you know that this practice is burgeoning among
urban environmentalists who want to make a real difference?
80+ Items You Can Compost
There
are many things besides kitchen scraps that can be composted, including
dryer lint, coffee filters, milk, crackers, and more.
For
today's Daily Action, pledge to look around your house and yard for more
items that you could be composting in--stead of throwing away. To Read the article go to--> http://www.care2.com/dailyaction/primary.html?da%5Btoday%5D=2012-02-29

After all, from what I understand composting is good for gardens, but that is something I am planning to start, but haven't yet, since I am waiting for spring to start.
