A span on the Leo Frigo Memorial Bridge in Green Bay, Wis., shows signs of buckling in this view looking west. Authorities say a section of the Interstate 43 bridge, about 150 to 200 yards long, dipped about three feet across all four lanes. No one has been injured but police closed the bridge.

Stow's Job Club has made it to the second round. This is why it is also on this blog--I am hoping to spread the word that much farther and that much wider in order that all may see that with or without the Governor of Ohio--Ohio Works. This time I scored a 98%, the test before I got a 100%., which is good, but both those tests were multiple choice the final math test is fill in the blank--I was rather hoping to max out on the two easier tests so that there would be less pressure to exceed on the final--oh, well, it is what it is--harder is not impossible.

This is good news. After all, some one needs to put a stop to some of the actions of the Religious Right.  The reason that they make me so very very angry is I see the results of their actions. They do and have done more to drive people away from Christianity than Jezebel and Judas Iscariot and Hitler and Stalin--all combined--more than they dreamed possible even.

The UNHOLY Alliance between politics and religion must end, because it reflects horribly on Jesus Christ--I have seen it in action. I remember one of the last services that I attended at New Beginnings Family Life Center, formerly Bedford Assemblies of God.  The pastor was so excited about having a full house, another church closed down and many of their members came to New Beginnings.  This got him so excited that he concluded his sermon with a reading from what sounded like the Republican Party Platform. The whole congregation sat there in shock. He claimed he was amazed that everyone was not shouting--AMEN AND GLORI HALLILUJIAH AND THE LIKE--he must have forgotten that Bedford is in Cuyahoga County--only one of, if not, the most Democratic County in Ohio. The following Sunday, there was a new low in attendance.  After all, most people come to church to hear about Jesus, not politics.

In addition, WAKE UP AND SMELL THE COFFEE--TO BE PERSECUTED FOR RIGHTEOUSNESS SAKE---ONE CANNOT BE BREAKING THE LAW--WHEN ONE IS BREAKING THE LAW AND GETS ARRESTED--THAT IS SIMPLY GETTING CAUGHT BREAKING THE LAW--NO MATTER WHAT RELIGION YOU ARE OR ARE NOT--GETTING CAUGHT WITH ONE'S HAND IN THE COOKIE JAR IS GETTING CAUGHT WITH ONE'S HAND IN THE COOKIE JAR!!!!

Which reminds me, I wonder how many Fair Employment Laws, my former employers the Campes and sister--Ethel 'Jane' are breaking now, in the name of THE FATHER AND THE SON AND THE HOLY SPIRIT. Maybe they did make up with their family members which also run a cleaning service so that they can make believe that there are two cleaning companies, instead of one, that way they can claim their employee work two part-time jobs, instead of one full-time job, because God Forbid the Workman be worthy of their wages or RECEIVING HEALTHCARE BENEFITS---IT IS AMEN AND GLORI HALLILUJIAH---ANYTHING TO MAKE THE COMPANY MONEY-MONEY-MONEY--THEN, AGAIN, THIS IS OHIO--OUR STATE GOVERNMENT IS JUST AS CORRUPT--NO OVERSIGHTS OVER THE MONEY THAT IS SUPPOSELY GOING TO --JOBS OHIO.

RIGHT WING REPUBLICANS AND RIGHT WING CHRISTIANS AN UNHOLY ALLIANCE OF THIEVES.

As we celebrated the 50th anniversary of the historic March on Washington last week, we were reminded of an important fact -- our fight for environmental justice is interconnected with the struggle for civil rights.

And right now, one of our most important civil liberties -- the right to vote -- is in danger.

The Supreme Court recently issued a decision that guts a key piece of the Voting Rights Act and gives states free reign to pass discriminatory election laws that could suppress the vote of countless Americans.

This doesn’t just put voting rights in danger; it also puts our environment at risk. Our elections need to be as fair and accessible as possible so all of us can vote for candidates who will protect our air, water and public lands.

U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder still has the power to sue states over their election laws. Tell him to protect our voting rights!

Do you remember last year when states tried to pass election laws that would have disenfranchised a huge number of American citizens, including students, the elderly, minorities, and low-income voters?

Across the country Tea Party-backed, Koch-fueled governors tried to deny American citizens the right to vote. They tried to pass laws that limited when you could vote, what you needed to bring to vote, and even who could register people to vote. But because of the Voting Rights Act, the Department of Justice had the power to review those unfair laws and stop them in their tracks.

Now the Supreme Court decision has taken that power of pre-approval away from the federal government. And states like Texas and North Carolina have already jumped on the opportunity to implement Voter ID laws that will make it difficult for many people to vote in future elections.

Luckily, Attorney General Holder has the power to use the remaining parts of the Voting Rights Act to sue these states -- and he has already announced plans to do so in Texas.

But if we want to protect voting rights for all Americans, we need Attorney General Holder to promise he will challenge any state that tries to pass one of these dangerous laws. And he’ll only do that if we can show that there is a huge amount of support for protecting the right to vote.
