Emotional eating” refers to eating large quantities of food (usually comfort foods) due to feelings rather than hunger.
On occasion, this can be in response to feelings of happiness (i.e. when celebrating) but most often emotional eating is triggered by feelings of stress, boredom, anger, sadness, loneliness, anger, resentment, and anxiety . . . .

I don't know about anyone else who reads or will read this blog, but I need to lose anywhere from 30 20 to 40 lbs to be at the weight that experts say that I should be for my height, or rather for my shortness.  Personally, I do my best to keep exercising from wearing angle weights while jogging in place while reading to my own, what I call an all-body push-up to eating low calorie food.Do you compost? Did you know that this practice is burgeoning among urban environmentalists who want to make a real difference?

There are many things besides kitchen scraps that can be composted, including dryer lint, coffee filters, milk, crackers, and more. Again, I don't know about anyone else, but I am in no position to compost. I can only hope that for those who are willing and able, but have not yet started that passing on this information is helpful. After all, from what I understand composting is good for gardens, but that is something I am planning to start, but haven't yet, since I am waiting for spring to start.
