-Unless, we continue to pick each other up, we are still in trouble. That Government Shut-Down by the Republican Party definitely put the 'brakes' on the recovery--but we can't blame them for thinking with their wallets, but we can vote them OUT OF OFFICE!!

First, I understand and respect the fact that franchises are not for everyone, but for those who do go this route, please do remember that your employees are other companies customers, the fairer you are to your employees, the more you build up the businesses around you and the more customers you will get in return.
This is why we must stop the cycle of 'Slave Wages', because it is hurting everyone. After all, what good does it do to manufacture to best product, most efficiently--if all it does is sit in a warehouse because no one can afford it and the few who can already own one----THIS IS WHERE A STRONG MIDDLE CLASS COMES IN!!!!
