I am sorry, if it seems like I reference the former cleaning service too often, which is now A Bright Start LLC Cleaning Service, but from my experience with Lora Campe and her old sister whom she employs, but yet follows as a 'disciple'--Ethel 'Jane'--Odds are they are still up to their same tricks of 'ripping off' accused 'Witches' be they employees or clients or customers. Where they themselves have health care and other medical care, but none of their employees, who are expected to work as hard or harder than anyone else.  But, yet, forgetting that as Supervisor Ethel 'Jane' has the freedom that when her arthritis is acting up, she could assign the harder jobs to others---if an employee is in pain--they are at the mercy of whether she believed them or not, if she did not believe them then they would get the hardest jobs. Such as the time, when 'Dan' called off, he said his diapetise was acting up, but 'Jane' decided that he was just 'goofing off' and being lazy, so the next day, she assigned him the hardest job--the job of cleaning up a bathroom where a man died and was not found until days later. Rumor was that he filed for unemployment--Rumor was that this was the Real Reason that Bedknobs & Broomstix Cleaning Service went bankrupt--to avoid his workman's comp claim.--'Dan' Where ever you are--I am so very Sorry that I did not speak up sooner--One day I hope and pray that you and the Heaven will forgive my pre-occupation with working as many hours as I could because all I could see was the bills that I needed to pay--the only way that I could pay them was by working as many hours as I could and then some--since there was never any over time pay--it was $7.50 an hour--no matter how many hours were worked. However, this title was Ethel 'Jane's' motto--She insisted that if she could work in pain that anyone and everyone else should be able too--Even Though as said before, as Supervisor-She had the freedom to assign others and most especially herself what job who would do. Employees do not have that luxury.
