Yes, Gun Sanity Can And Will Come to America!!!

Dear Readers, I am passing on this e-mail because it is too important not to. I am off today, and Saturday, I know I will be watching this, how many more--that is a good question which I cannot answer at this moment.
This coming Saturday, March 23rd, is the 10th anniversary of Michael Moore's 'Bowling for Columbine' winning the Academy Award for Best Documentary.

To mark the date, Michael is hosting a screening of the film in New York City – and asking all Americans concerned about gun violence to watch 'Bowling for Columbine' that evening, then join him and a panel of activists afterwards for an online discussion about where we go from here, and concrete steps to force Congress to stop taking orders from the NRA and start listening to us.

The screening of 'Bowling for Columbine' begins at 7PM ET in New York City on Saturday and runs 119 minutes. You may want to start watching it a little earlier, so that if you pause it at any point you'll finish at the same time as in New York.
The shooting in Newtown has affected and energized many of us, including some who haven't thought much about the issue of gun violence issue before. This is your chance to watch the movie and get fired up -- then join the discussion with Michael and a panel of activists to find out how to stay involved. To submit questions for the panel, tweet them during or after the film with the hashtag #BFCquestion.
We hope to see you there!
