Washington (CNN) -- A central part of the gun legislation Congress is expected to take up this week is the idea of expanded background checks on gun purchases. But few Americans understand how background checks actually work.After all, the video brings up a very very very good point, that background checks are only the beginning. After all, the real problem is how much hate and anger is building up here in the United States and around the world. That does sound interesting, I work nights, so I will have to record that and watch it tomorrow. After all, my temper is all to easily triggered, the last thing that I need to have happen, is to let my temper get triggered before I go to bed, then I am too amped up on adrenalin to sleep. That is why I am very careful what I do and watch before bedtime.
I am sorry that I could not find a petition to pass on, but I did find this, there are many who are working on solving our Gun Violence problem, who need and deserve more attention so that they can inspire us all to do more. Ending with Good News, is even better than ending with a petition... :-)
