Yes, there is no denying that I need to lose more weight. Yes, there is no denying that I better make it to the gym today. After all, yesterday I was busy catching up with the bills and practicing the clarinet and finishing the book that I have been reading for over an year now--I am finally on the last couple of chapters of --"Team of Rivals" I should be finishing it any day now.
